I was saying all type of **** about another day. I was saying it is ready to win a championship. but I'll until he said that they about to win it all this year. They lost. It was so easy. It was so easy for them and and mind you and before I go to further flow sports you need your you you should be ashamed for having this and then you charge a people $30 for this for this quality of of of

game that's coming to the to the TV screen that we and then we got to watch it on playback. So until the people who did that shout out to y'all for that but back in our day they blew the game like it was upbeat. I want to say close to 20 at some point and then Haley in the second half in that third quarter. They just they just dominated and they end up losing 76 to 68. I'm gonna shoot to you.

You know both games, but in particular TCU like they were leading the game majority of the game. So those are hard games when you're winning most of the game and the other team comes back.

So the thing that stuck out the most to me was of course the momentum change in the third quarter, but mostly the fourth quarter like Notre Dame was outscored 31 and 12. You only scored 12 points in the quarter. Like they missed a lot of free throws. They didn't rebound the ball well. And I think Neal has a hard decision to make at the end of games.

during the game, can do that. You switch off with Hannah running the point, Olivia running the point. But at the end of the game, you have to know who is going to close out the game as the point guard. And I think that needs to be Olivia because for multiple reasons, I think she's a better playmaker than Hannah. I think she has better decision-making skills and I think she is more experienced. They got two Q trying to do and one shit. They were trying to get fancy, lost momentum and never got it back. They weren't able to knock down open shots. Like they went long stretches of time in both games. They go long stretches of time without being able to put the ball in the basket. And I think once they get everyone back healthy, Maddie and, Liz, like, think once they get, because those people are good scores as well. So once they get them back, I think they'll look a little bit better, but either way.

with the five or eight that they played out there like terrible. You can't lose either of these games. But luckily, know, it's November. If it's any time to lose games, it's now before conference play in the tournament. So I'm not up in arms as much as most people are. People were trying to drag my tweet because when they were looking good in the first half, I was talking my shit. Like Notre Dame is a contender and I'm still with them losing two games in a row and they might lose a third game against Texas. We'll get to that.

But even if they do lose this third game, I'm standing on all 10 and saying that they are still a contender. They are not even fully healthy. So this is the worst they are going to be this year. So again, I still think that they're a contender. When you have two dynamic guards like they do and you have a freshman as center that is not scared to defend and scared to at least try out there, I like their team. I went back and I watched the first how I didn't get a chance to watch the second half, but I agree with everything you said. I mean, it's still November. These losses, I mean, they are so bad losses, but hey, I mean, you rather to have losses at the end of November than in March. You know what mean? Like, and it does look bad considering, you know, that they beat USC the weekend before that, you know, obviously there was a video of them celebrating the locker room and then you dropped two games like this back to back. It is a bad look at the end of the day. I mean, you've lost this half.

Losses definitely happen and I definitely agree. And I've been telling others even from the get. think that Olivia's more so the better offensive player and it's not necessarily a knock to Hannah. Hannah's average been like 24, 25 a game so she's been playing really well. But I think just her decision making, Olivia's per se, her decision making as far as a shot creator and of course as a playmaker is just slightly better in my opinion. So if you had to pick and choose who to go to down the stretch, I'll probably have to go with Olivia. And then of course course with the experience as well.

They do have Texas coming up. was looking, you know, into that game this upcoming Thursday, I believe it is. It's gonna be a show. It's be a really, really tough matchup, but that's gonna be the matchup that really shows, you know, where this team is at. But I mean, even aside from that, I don't know exactly where they are right now in the AP poll, but I think they'll be fine. They're 10th. They're 10th right now, okay. I mean, they'll be fine. mean, you know, this is still team that people gotta look out for, you know, especially as the season goes progressing. You know, they'll bounce back.

I'm going to lie. I didn't see none of the Utah game. I forgot to even look at that. once I knew they lost, I really didn't want to. kind of figured. were winning. And then after halftime, it was just looking terrible. But I do want to shout out Haley Van Lyft. She was hooping. First half, she did terrible first half. Like 3,000 in the first half. Had to sit out for a little bit. Hannah was in her ass. In that first half, she was just taking advantage of her. And then, you know.

Haley came back in the second half and showed who she is like it looked like vintage Haley out there hooping and just showed you when you go to a school that puts you in the right position to score and is the proper fit. This is the result that you see. So shout out to her for having a hell of a week actually. This is definitely a redemption season for her. I'll give it to her. I mean, like you said, her being in the right situation. mean, let's just call it what it was. Her going to LSU was a mistake. It should have never happened.

Now her being at TCU now I she's in a much better position where she can really show her maximum potential as an all-around scorer and playmaker so I'm happy for her. Yeah. But even I think what I learned from this weekend and just watching South Carolina is that they're a good defensive team.

The one thing that worries me about South Carolina is their ability to go long stretches without scoring. I think that if PowPow and Tessa aren't shooting well,

they're in for a long night. Of course you got Malaysian who can come in score at will, but I think they need more from Bree Hall. They need more from Raven. They just need more from the different players. And of course they went by committee. You're not going to see them. They don't have like an all-star on their team. Brea Marshall, I do like what she was doing on the defensive end. I do like her rebounding, offensively still smoking layups as a senior. Kiki average, 22 points and 10 boards over the last two games. And Juju averaged 27 points and six boards over the last two games. And one of the games, I can't remember which one. I think it might've been the Seton Hall. Juju took better shots. She looked better. Her shot selection looked a lot better. So was pleased with that.

But I mean, they need somebody else to step up. They need a third score into Kennedy Smith gets back. I'm not really sure why TVO transferred. Not really sure what exactly she's bringing to this team.
